Nashua Meals For Kids

Together We Can End Childhood Hunger

Meals for Kids is a Citywide Partnership

Meals for Kids is working to end childhood hunger by providing three meals a day to children who would otherwise go hungry.

Mayor Jim Donchess stated 43 percent of public school children in Nashua are receiving free or reduced lunches, and at some city schools more than 80 percent of children are eligible. To combat these numbers the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter creates, packages, and delivers free meals to locations across the city. Since the start of the program in the summer of 2017, the program has distributed over 12,000 meals to local children in need.
