Empty Bowls

Fighting Hunger One Bowl at a Time

Empty Bowls 2026

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold to support us at Empty Bowls 2026! It was a record-breaking year, with almost 600 tickets sold before event day.

Gratitude also goes out to NSKS Chefs Gio and Julie, who prepared five soups for the event here at NSKS.

Attendees chose from hundreds of beautiful bowls handcrafted by students from the Nashua Art Honor Society and local artisans. Thank you! Special thanks as well to the Art Honor Society’s faculty lead, Maggie Jones, for deftly managing logistics.

Lastly, bravo to Tony Courounis and the students from the Nashua High School Jazz Band, who elevated the ambience by performing one timeless classic after another.

Couldn’t make it this year?

Mark your calendars for Empty Bowls 2027, which will be held Wednesday, February 17.

We are grateful for this year’s “souper hero” soup sponsors:

  • Burtons Grill & Bar
  • Chick-fil-A (who made an off-menu soup for the event)
  • Elks Lodge 720
  • Local Street Eats
  • Midfield Café
  • Not Your Average Joe’s
  • Stella Blu
  • Surf
  • Temple Street Diner
  • Tucker’s
  • Union Public House
  • Both of Nashua’s Whole Foods Markets, who donated bread
  • Our local Panera, who also donated bread
